         Research and development activities:

          The research and development activities will be carried out mainly within the specialization fields Eco-nano-technologies, Advanced Materials and Health in which the project 153/2016 IN2FOTOPLASMAT was included, but other research directions will be approached in the future.

          The main thematic subdomains of research are:

• New generations of environmentally friendly and energy efficient vehicles and technologies.

• Waste depollution and recovery technologies.

• Replacing critical materials and increasing the lifetime of materials with functional coatings.

• Polymeric materials, nanomaterials, nanotechnologies.

• Materials and technologies for health.

• Energy materials.

• Advanced materials and technologies for niche economic applications.
